Our mission
The primary objective of our company is to assure our clients
the high quality of the wide range of gas heating appliances and
other products - designed and produced in accordance with
domestic and international safety standards, functional, modern,
friendly for user and environment.
The mission is being realized through systematical analysis
of various needs- specific for each market's segment- and
through supporting the sales of products included in Termet's
commercial offer.
The well-trained staff of our marketing department, sales
department, as well as service and training departments are
always at your service.
Commercial offer and production potential
capabilities of our company
Our actual commercial offer, among others, includes modern,
economical, easy-in-use, environmentally friendly, gas heating
appliances, such as:
- gas instantaneous water heaters ( with piezo-electric
ignition, with ignition fed from a battery, with electronic
ignition powered from the hydro-generator and automatic and
smooth power modulation)
- gas single- function central heating boilers (with
electronic ignition, full power modulation, versions with
opened and closed combustion chamber)
- gas central heating combi boilers (with electronic
ignition, full power modulation, versions with opened and
closed combustion chamber)
- gas central heating condensing boilers (modern appliances
which are offered as single-function unit, adapted to
cooperate with hot water tanks and as two-function version,
too)
- gas cast-iron standing boilers (with electronic ignition
and full power modulation, produced in single- and
two-function versions)
- standing boilers for solid fuel.
We also produce domestic hot water storage tanks, room
temperature control units, accessories for installers, such as
universal hand gas burners and gas soldering tools.
To face the needs of the various production profiles in our
company there are the following departments: machining
department, cold working department and covers shaping, plastic
working, automatic powder-painting line department,
subassemblies and assembling final products.
In Termet we carry on a complete research-and-development
cycle. Termet has its own gas units design office with a testing
laboratory. We work out the production technology, the technical
documentation of tools and make the tools ourselves. The
specialization in production of gas heating units and the modern
machines directly contribute to maintain production on the
highest level of quality.
Market activity
The Market activity of Termet is based on three segments:
- Authorized Distribution network
- Authorized Service network
- Authorized installers network
and based on the activity of Training Centers in: Rzeszów,
Aleksandrów Łódzki, Bielsko Biała, Gdańsk, Kielce, Wrocław.
Ujście, Olsztyn, Orońsko and Świebodzice (where cyclic
trainings for servicemen, installers, selling staff and
others take place) as well as on the activity of the
Regional Commercial Representatives, and is a compact and
professional system which stimulates the sales of Termet's
products.

All of the products from Termet's commercial offer are
produced according to the ISO's 9001 procedures and they are
famous from their features including the highest technical
parameters, energy-saving, high technical quality, applying
advanced technology and minimization of dimensions, and they
were immediately noticed by the professionals not only from the
gas heating industry and this fact is confirmed by plentiful of
distinctions and gold medals awarded.
The quality, reliability and functionality of the units made
by Termet are confirmed by numerous domestic and international
certificates which accept selling our products in the European,
Asian and American markets.
