Taking care of a new system

HOW SHOULD I CLEAN A NEWLY BUILT SYSTEM BEFORE IT IS COMMISSIONED?

IF OTHER CHEMICALS HAVE BEEN USED IN THE SYSTEM, PLEASE FLUSH THE SYSTEM THOROUGHLY BEFORE USING BOILERMAG PRODUCTS.

1. Perform a leak test.

2. When the system has reached the maximum operating temperature, add the BOILERMAG BM3 CLEANER.

3. After adding the product, leave it in the system for 2 to 3 h with the boiler on.

4. BOILERMAG BM3 CLEANER removes, among other things, contaminants remaining in the system after its assembly and residues of maintenance or soldering products that contribute to the development of corrosive processes in the system.

5. When the recommended cleaning time has passed, remove the product from the system by intensive flushing with mains water

6. Then install a BOILERMAG magnetic filter, preferably on the return pipe leading to the system, upstream of the boiler, in order to protect the system and, most importantly, the boiler.

7. After installing the BOILERMAG filter, add the BOILERMAG BM1 INHIBITOR to the system to prevent corrosion, deposits, and formation of scale.

8. In order to ensure the proper operation of the entire system, check the concentration of the product during the annual inspections of the boiler.

PROTECTION PRODUCTS
		BM1 INHIBITOR – 500 ml A chemical that protects central heating systems from internal corrosion and formation of scale. It is suitable for all types of boilers and radiators. The product is compatible with all types of metals and materials commonly used in heating systems. 500 ml is sufficient for 100 l of water in the system. It reduces costs and prolongs the operation of the system. It is non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
		BMZERO ANTI FREEZE – 5 litrów A universal antifreeze that provides protection against corrosion, scale buildup, and microbial growth. It is compatible with all types of metals and materials commonly used in heating systems. The minimum dosage is 25 liters per 100 liters of water in the system. It is suitable for use in central heating systems and systems with heat pumps.
BIOCIDAL PRODUCTS
		BM7 BIOCIDE – 500 ml A highly effective biocide that prevents the growth of bacteria and other microorganisms in heating systems. Ideal for low-temperature or underfloor heating systems. 500 ml is sufficient for 100 l of water in the system. The product should be used together with the BM1 Inhibitor.
CLEANING PRODUCTS
		BM3 CLEANER – 500 ml An all-purpose cleaner for new or existing systems. In new systems, it can be used as a neutral cleaning product before commissioning. In existing systems, it removes sludge, scale, and other impurities. The BM3 CLEANER is compatible with all types of metals and materials commonly used in heating systems. 500 ml is sufficient for 100 l of water in the system. The product can remain in the system for a maximum of 7 days. It can also be used with pumps to flush the system. It is a neutral and harmless agent.
