In 2010, the implementation of the "Purchase of a modern technological line for processing copper pipes" was completed. It was co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the state budget under the Regional Operational Program for the Lower Silesian Voivodship for 2007-2013 and since then we have also been a producer of bent profiles from metal pipes and rods.
A line for bending pipes and forming their ends is a set of machinery of the Italian BLM company consists of:
- Unit for forming one of the ends of the pipe,
- Forming machine for the end of the pipe and the riding T3 planet type,
- Machines for forming the second end of the pipe type AST 30.
Line possibility
Both the planets and AST machine are particularly suitable for processing pipes with diameters from 4 to 18 mm. Also for making pipes with highly complex bends and forms for the automotive, air -conditioning, heating, refrigeration, etc.
It is also possible to bend the wire in the diameter range of 4 to 10 mm, stainless steel pipes in the diameter range of 4 to 12x1 mm and aluminum pipes with diameters from 4 to 18 mm.
